You definitely could say I use the Internet daily, just like you describe, my computer is the center of attention in my (student) room. Contact with family and friends, information about school, football results and various social media and music. What I don’t have is Internet on my phone because I don’t think it’s necessary to be constantly involved with Internet. I think it’s satisfying enough to just check my Facebook in the evening. What I find remarkable is that because of Internet on our phones nobody uses text messages anymore while 5 years ago it was the next big thing. If I use WhatApp on wifi in the evening my phone crashes because of all the new messages, everybody assumes that you can be contacted even though they all know that I don’t have Internet on my phone. But people just forget and naturally assume that you have it.
